Leaves on your driveway not only make your driveway look bad, but can be a safety hazard. When it rains outside and there are leaves on your driveway, they can get wet and slippery when stepped on. This could lead to not only injuring yourself, but injuring someone else which could lead to a lawsuit. It is your responsibility to make your driveway safe for others such as a mailman or you could be held liable for their injuries.
